This policy explains what where yat NOLA (“we”, “the app”) collects and how we use it. The app is intended for adults 21+ where required by law.
We may collect: approximate location (when you allow it) to sort nearby venues; account data if you sign up (email, username, optional profile details); content you submit (problem reports, venue inquiries, happy-hour corrections); and technical diagnostics to fix crashes.
We use this information to run the app, show relevant happy-hour listings, respond to reports and inquiries, improve reliability, and communicate about your account when needed. We do not sell your personal information.
We use Firebase / Google Cloud for authentication, database, and related hosting. Email delivery for owner notifications may use Resend. These providers process data only to provide their services.
You can revoke location permission in device settings, log out anytime, and delete your account in the app under Profile → Delete account. You may also email aebienvenu@gmail.com for privacy requests.
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
